An upbeat, personalised and heartfelt ceremony that showcases and celebrates the fabulous couple that you are!
Your ceremony will be relaxed, engaging and completely you — filled with sentiment, and peppered with just the right amount of laughter.
And because nobody wants to be sitting through a ceremony for an eternity, we'll keep things to around 25–30 minutes, so you can get to the important part... celebrating!

An obligation-free Zoom enquiry call before booking to make sure I'm the right fit — because it is SO nice to vibe with your celebrant!
One face-to-face planning meeting where we’ll get the legal bits sorted and plan your ceremony, over a wine or two!
Ongoing support throughout your planning journey via DMs, texts, emails and calls whenever you need a little Haylz assistance!
My cute little Love Story Questionnaire — AKA your homework! This gives me all the juicy details I need to create a ceremony that sums up all the romance and hilariousness of your journey together so far!

1:1 assistance with writing your vows — because I know putting all those feelings into words can be tricky, and I consider myself quite the poet!

Personalised vow cards for your big day — because reading your vows from your phone just doesn't hit the same (and these look MUCH cuter in photos!).
An outfit coordinated with your wedding colour palette, so I blend beautifully into your ceremony photos. And no, I promise I won't force you to let me wear pink!
My arrival one hour before your ceremony to set up, liaise with your other fabulous vendors, check in with you both and help calm any last-minute nerves.
Preparation, completion and lodgement of all required legal documentation, so you can relax knowing all the official stuff is taken care of and you'll be 100% legally locked in for life! (Arghhh... that sounds very serious!!!)
